Inks that splash color in all the right places will make your garments, bags and accessories sing! Because all garments are no longer created equal, we test garments endlessly to insure that our printing will outlast the garment itself! We welcome any challenging design you may create.
Pricing is based on quantity and design.
Quantity: As in many other businesses, the more items you purchase, the less you pay per piece. Our price breaks are based on the number of pieces we print, and the number of colors on each location of the garment.
There is no ‘minimum quantity’ requirement on clothing items at On The Limit, but the cost of all of the labor, supplies and time that goes into setting up an order, and cleaning up after the order is complete, is distributed over the number of items in the order. The set-up/tear-down is the same for one shirt as it is for 1000.
Design: Screen printing requires a different screen for every color in your design, regardless of the size of the design. Pricing is also influenced by the number of colors in your design.
Charges will be added for individual names, custom print or numbers that we print on a garment.
When printing on dark fabrics, an ‘underlay’ is required to keep the ink from being darkened by the fabric. The underlay adds one color to your design, and increases the price accordingly, dependant on quantity.
Any time you change INK color (within an order; changing your logo from one color scheme to another), there is an additional labor charge for each color that is changed. This is called a ‘scrub-down’ charge, and covers the time it takes to take the print machine off, clean the first color off the screen and set the machine back up with the new color.
