I wanted to let you know how wonderful your staff was in helping me last week. Through no fault of theirs, they discovered I needed a t-shirt shipment on a tighter dead line than communicated to them by an intermediary agency. Without excuse or complaint, they rallied to finish the order and delivered the shirts, still warm, in time for us to distribute them. I was SO impressed by their outstanding customer service and can-do attitude. My thanks to the team at On The Limit. Oh and when they discovered I needed the shirts delivered (again, not communicated to them) a special trip was made. Again, thank you!
