ELECTRONIC ARTWORK: We can accept artwork formatted for a PC only. We prefer all electronic artwork (excluding scans, digital photos, etc. in one of the following vector formats:

Adobe Illustrator
-version CS3 or lower
-all fonts converted to outlines/paths/curves

CorelDRAW
-any version
-all fonts converted to curves
If a vector file is not possible, we accept the following raster file formats:

Adobe Photoshop
-version CS3 or lower
-at least 200dpi
-depending on the size of the file, you may have to compress (we use WinZip)before e-mailing.

BMP, TIF, JPG, EPS
-we can accept any of these formats, but please send only high resolution files (200dpi). We can not work with low resolution files.

UNACCEPTABLE FORMATS: Microsoft Word, Notepad, Wordpad, Paint, Acrobat Reader (note: we can usually open these types of files for viewing, but we can not translate directly into artwork)

CAMERA READY ARTWORK: We will accept camera ready artwork that is clean (needs no touch-up work and is ready to scan). Photo copies, fax transmissions, pencil sketches, etc., do not constitute clean artwork.

FINE ART: Please speak to our artist directly about the best way to provide your artwork to us. Methods for good reproduction will vary depending on type and size of artwork.

COLOR MATCHING: If specifically requested, we will match PMS colors. Otherwise, we have a wide variety of shop inks to choose from.

ART CHARGES: Art charges may apply to your order, depending on the complexity of the job, etc. Please ask for details.
